Why?
The Power Up Punch set is ifnerior to other Water types and not only in general, Mega Swampert makes better use of it, many Pokemon do.
This thing has already Scald, if anything give Swanna a better movepool.
Seismitoad also cannot learn Ice Beam like Keldeo, truly a garbage gen with those poor movepools in general, it's like 1/3 of the Unovamons misses a potential 50% of movepool.
