The most I've been hyped in years was Mega-Beedrill, funnily enough.
Nothing is better than seeing a Pokémon you've liked since you were young finally getting some attention.

I almost had a heart attack in anticipation for the SM starter reveal trailer
Though updating serebii every second and then seeing the image in OP for the first time and seeing /vp/ and everyone else react to it was pretty amazing.
