The level curve thing annoys me because you have to be real fucking new to vidya to think that Johto's level curve is anything out of the ordinary. Never had a problem, and never felt like I needed to grind. Played the Johto games a shitton too.
And HG/SS in particular has the largest Post-Game in the franchise (except MAYBE B2/W2)
It's just spread across two entire Regions (most of the Post-Game is still focused in Kanto.
I feel like most people don't even know about all the little quests and shit that HG/SS added.
I will never get these complaints, and I have to only assume that the people making them don't play vidya much, don't play POKÉMON much, or are simply fucking stupid.
