In Japanese Glare is called something like "Snake Glare", notice how only snake-like pokemon can learn it (Ekans, Seviper, Dunsparce, Snivy, Zygarde... Druddigon and Helioptile for some reason too, but I guess dragons and lizards are close enough to snakes).

Yeah, but I think Grass/Flying Fire/Ground and Water/Fighting are the correct typings.

The thing on edgecat's forehead is the symbol for brimstone, right? If that's the case Ground makes the most sense for him.
Also if Roothoot and friends were scrapped beta designs like I suspect they were then it matches up with proto-Litten too.

No that's a generic cartoon tiger mark. Look up anime tiger an you'll probably see that mark on most of their foreheads
