Cut the Birch and replace with N.
Add a fourth VS seeker.
Cut Xerosic down to 1.
Cut Fan Club and Pokemon Center Lady. You don't necessarily have to replace them but if I did Hex Maniac and Deliquent are good supporters. So is Skyla.
Add 2-3 Scorched Earth.
Cut the one-of Red Card.
Add 1-2 Switch for when you don't have Hydreigon.

Shaymin EX is a staple in almost every deck, at least two. They go for $45 each. VS Seeker is also a staple, and you need four. They cost about $10 each. Aside from that the game is pretty cheap.

Articuno is used in most decks that support Water energy and was even teched into the deck that won German Nats
Quad Entei was on the tier list during cities and still tops today
Bunnelby is teched into all kinds of decks
Swampert is the go-to Archie's target of the format
Regirock is still used in Aromatisse decks
In terms of rogues and meme decks, Dragonite, Celebi, Golurk, Excadrill, Medicham, Gyarados, Kingdra, Porygon-Z, Metagross, Nidoqueen, Ludicolo, P Kyogre, and Malamar are all viable.

Kyogre once saw play, as did Swampert. Both had the Growth ability, although Swampert more for its power.
Bunnelby sees play in mill decks as well as decks like Vespiquen, having the Barrage ability.
Primal Groudon has seen play for a long time now. Regirock saw play a long, long time ago and nerds still will tell you it's good, so that's something I guess. Both have the Barrier ability.
Articuno has the Plus ability and is often found in Manectric and water decks.
Mega Rayquaza has been pretty borderline it's entire lifespan with the Evolution ability.
Entei was like the first good fire pokemon since B&W Reshiram in part thanks to Double.
That's a decent number of good pokemon for a gimmick to have.

It's called "Bad Deck Monday" because it uses Pokemon that generally aren't considered good, such as Magnezone and Delphox. It's generally the Pokemon lineup that decides whether or not a deck is good, since all trainers are either fully generic or correspond to a generic type.
Bad Deck Monday has nothing to do with making purposely retarded, unnecessary trainer choices like you've gone with. Even this bad deck can be vastly improved with proper ratios and tech choices. If anything, making poor choices like Center Lady and 4x Level Ball in this sort of deck will only give an already bad deck an even harder time.
I mean, look at some of the decisions you've made:
>four whole Stage 2 Pokemon, yet only two Rare Candy, making it so you have to evolve some of them manually and without the use of Wally
>four Level Ball which only search minor NFE Pokemon, while only 3 Ultra Ball which searches your entire deck

You must not have watched the video then which features the immortal Hooligans Jim & Cass as one of the supporters which I opted out of. He was even more committed to memeing than I was. Otherwise my supporter lineup and items is almost the same as his was. Besides a Ghetsis which I don't have. I really did like his idea though of being able to use all these non-standard supporters since you can play a draw support in addition to the other ones. Once I get a thicker line of Magnezone though I'll drop the pal pad and probably bump up the rare candy too.

Picking up a booster box next week, but I can't decide between Ancient Origins, Breakpoint, or Fates Collide.
I've opened more of FCO than the other two, but my collection of everything post-PCL is anemic as fuck. I'd pick up a better set, but this was a gift and my spending limit is $100.

Ancient Origins is pretty worthless unless you just want some EX's and no BREAKs. BREAKpoint isn't very exciting either. They're both arguably worse, value-wise, than BREAKthrough. But Fates Collide is probably the best out of all of them though.

I feel like Generations was wasted potential. I know a bunch of people who grew up with the TCG, but only know gen one from the R/B games.
They could have put three theme decks for each starter and regular booster packs and made a shit-ton off "nostalgic 90's" kids. Instead, Targets are filled with boxes of Mega/EX boxes that no one over 12 understands.
It's just weird that with everyone cashing in on the nostalgia craze Pokemon desided to release them as limited packs.
I hope pyroar break is good enough to give pyroar a fighting chance once again. One of my favorite decks for the short period of time where it was played.

For now, this deck in particular could benefit from a fisherman, and two more dive balls. Lose the evosoda - the dive balls will get every card the evosoda can plus more. More Sycamore, and some N would also be of benefit (in place of tierno). All these cards are so cheap they are practically free (excluding. the Vs Seekers). You can do whatever you want with them. Fighting Fury Belt is in most cases better than Muscle Band for decks that can run it. But Muscle Bands are worth a couple bucks each

CP4 is the only slated reprint andwhenit comes over, it won't affect the price of Shaymin at all.
Its rarity or pull rate isn't getting bumped down (and might even get bumped up given TPCi's record), and even if CP4 ends up being generous with its pull rate, it's still competing with an extremely saturated EX lineup compared to other packs.
For reference, Shaymin's price actually went UP in Japan after CP4 came out.

This. By the time LTR had come out, Keldeo, Mewtwo, Darkrai, and Lugia all had their own tin reprints, they were already cheap. Shaymin EX doesn't have a tin, so a reprint akin to LTR wouldn't affect the price a whole lot.
