Much like the speculation around the design of bone dog and pic related, are there any other examples of the speculated of designs of Pokemon after we've been given limited information? eg in game shots or silhouettes?
Man the artist who drew these somehow succeeded in making uglier starters than the ugly ones we actually got
Remember the screenshot that revealed Skiddo before it was actually announced? I remember the idiots on /vp/ who claimed it was a plushie of Gogoat.

Their snivy looks interesting, could have been a cool set of starters.
I wish we had gotten a few days with just the starter silhouettes, filling them in is always so much fun.
Have there been any other Pokemon that were featured really briefly that we had to speculate on its appearance?
