Carnivine and Girafarig need a Roselia deal where they get prevos and evos. Carnivine's evo would have several mouths, making it more of a hydra Pokemon than Hydreigon. Its prevo would be grounded and basically just a cuter Carnivine. Girafarig's tail-head would grow and become dominant in its evo. Its prevo wouldn't have a tail-head yet.

People say that Skarmory should get a Mega, but of all of these, Skarmory feels the most "complete". The design is cohesive and self-sufficient, it's been competitively amazing since it's introduction, and there's no lore implying any potential evolutionary relatives.
