Is there any way to justify a Pokemon going from biped to quadruped?
...Evolution?
nope.
>>26452890
Were/metal garurumon did it.
Why not us?
>>26452933

There's the correct answer.
>>26452890
literally what is Conkelldurr.
What Pokémon does this though? I can't think of any off the top of my head.
Well Samurott is probably much better off than Dewott in water. Though in a place like Unova you're not going to be around water that often.
>>26452963
Dewott to Samurott.
>>26452890
okay, biped to quadraped, sure, but what about biped to no-ped? Is there any justification for THAT?
>>26452981
so it traded hands for better mobility
in other words:
>>26452951
Any other reasons?
There's probably been some real world line of evolution where this has happened.
>>26453083
do gorillas count? they're sort of quadrupedal.
if not, what about bears? they came from upright ground sloths right?

>>26452962
Does this really count? It's leaning on pillars that is smacks people about with
>>26452981
>>26452983
Also bipedal. It's show to be bipedal when it attacks, and in the anime. No idea why they make it quadruple by default though.

If I could ditch my legs and fly instead, I'd probably go for it.
>>26453205
it's like a bear. quadrapedal, until it really means business and rears back so as to unzip the katana from its forearm.
>>26453205
>>26453185
Huh... I coulda' sworn...
>>26453219
Makes sense
>>26453211
serperior doesn't fly.
>>26453051
>>26453237
Literally what happened with snake evolution IRL.
>>26453230
No, you didn't imagine it. It stood up on its hind legs and fought with both swords.
It's a facultative biped.
>>26453188
it's not fish->octopus it's revolver->cannon
>>26453237
Serperior *is* fly.
