I like PorygonZ, but I think it would make more sense if we had gotten Porygon3 first, and PorygonZ as an alt evo. Now I think we have less chance of a Porygon3.
No more Porygon-Z, man. I literally had to deal with Verlisify Fans playing that Garbage Last Resort set.

Megas are here and a part of the series for good, sure. At some point though GameFreak might come to the realization that churning out megas every gen isn't going to revolutionize much. I think alternate branch evolutions to old mon could pop up in the future. Personally, I like what Gen 4 gave us (for the msot part) but I think we'll get more in the vein of gen 2 like Politoed, Slowking, and Bellossum.

Porygon-Z is the "wrong" evolution.
It would also make sense keep Porygon3 for a future game. Porygon2 was a refined Porygon model, in order to go to the next possible step, we would have to achieve some kind of advancement IRL technology that fits its theme.
I don't know what exactly, though. Maybe VR?

I love Porygon-Z, but I like Porygon-2 more. It just sits there and takes so many hits, and it can dish out some decent damage too.

Z was cucked by a base 90 speed in a meta where base 100 is already mediocre for a glass cannon or.set up sweeper that doesn't even have bulk to compense its "lacking" speed. Silly anon.
Also megas and fairies in general creating a new power creep and being able to effectively attack and pass through both defensive spectres.
