Help! I've been trying to sign up for the Johto Classic since signups opened on Thursday, and it keeps telling me that the last competition I was in is over, but that ended almost a month ago. How do I get it to let me participate in the Johto Classic?

First sign up on 3ds.pokemon website, then go on the Battle Spot to download the certificate. i've done it yesterday and worked as a charm

Okay, my bad— I thought it was a different issue. Still, I had no trouble in signing up, maybe you should make sure you abandon previous competition before being able to download a new certificate? not sure

I don't know how to do that. There aren't a whole lot of options in the Battle Spot menu. There's "Participate" and "Previous Competitions", so I'd think that "Participate" would be that simple.
