If I'm doing a SS Nuzlocke, and I haven't done anything yet in Goldenrod City, what is my limits for getting pokes? I want to have a Dratini from the Game Corner, but I also want to get the Eevee later from Bill. Am I only allowed one of them since they're both from Goldenrod? Or is the Game Corner considered another area?

its kind of open to interpretation. personally i dont like to use pokemon from events like that because it detracts from the randomness of a nuzlocke. ive heard some people say that a city should be considered one area. but its not a hard and fast rule.

I'd say you can only get one as I think the game doesn't distinguish between Pokemon from the Game Corner or anywhere else, they'll both be listed as encountered in Goldenrod City. You can get a Dratini later anyways btw.
