After completing the initial menu tutorial and picking a partner pokemon, pick Online Battle from the main menu / world map.
VS codes are basically passwords. Set the preferences to Anyone > Use Vs Code > vgptg

I am curious as to why people still play this game. It's one of the lest popular games I have ever seen on twitch (10 viewers atm) and it's repetitive as shit. 50/50s constantly is also very bland. Not trolling, just genuinely curious.

How is it repetitive, at least compared to other fighting games? All 1v1 fighting game is just fighting your opponent, do combos, read them, just that.
