They should be immune to Thunder Wave and the random chance from offensive electric moves, but should be paralyzable by non-electric moves like Glare and Body Slam.
Also, the animation that shows that a pokemon is paralyzed should be something other than electricity around its body, since paralysis doesn't always come from electric moves.
