Can someone help me pick my ORAS team?
I only want to use Pokemon introduced in Gen 3.
Right now I have:

>Vigoroth
That's it. Gen 3 has some pretty lazy designs and the only Pokemon I like from them are:

>Laigron
>Sharpedo
>Torkoal
>Cacnea
>Crawdaunt
>Duskull
>Tropius
>Glalie/Froslass
>Metagross
What's the best team I can make from the previously listed Pokemon, and am I missing any genuinely good designs? Also, if there's some other great Pokemon I'm missing in ORAS (Donphan and Heracross come to mind), who are they and what should I pick?
Just use which ever of those you find naturally without searching, it's not like the games so hard you need to specifically craft a team

I'm not specifically crafting a team for the power of them, I'm looking for just great designed Pokemon. If I care about crafting a powerful team I wouldn't have listed NFE Pokemon

But going from your list I'll suggest:

I'm going to assume this is a mash up of Lairon and Aggron. Aggron is great, use it.

Both are good, but really shine with their HAs, I'd choose Sharpedo if you can't be arsed to use the dexnav for their HAs.
