Overall my favorites are DPPt, BW/2, and ORAS.

The dulcet jazzy tunes combined with the cold backdrop of Sinnoh was excellent.Most songs having a day and night variation was a nice touch.

BW/2's approach was pretty unique for Pokemon. You've got some cool stuff like vocals, and NPCs adding in their own instruments to the music.

As for ORAS, I just love how brash and powerful it feels. It definitely gives me the strongest sense of adventure.

BWBW2

Believe it or not, the Ghetsis themes from both games are among my favorites. It's just such an unexpected music piece, like when you think Pokemon you don't imagine ominous music chanting PENANCE. It was a pretty nice change of pace, especially for a villain theme.
