Shit Professor Oak's introduction was all about Pokemon being friends, and that humans and pokemon work together. The very first thing players would see in the very first games of the series, aside from logos and the menu, is about friendship.
And OP missed it. And every professor in every gen since has said the same shit. So OP missed it six goddamn times. Nine if you include the three remakes, where Oak, Elm and Birch basically repeated themselves for this schmuck.
