The only way Sceptile's gonna get a kill in is if it Leaf Storms Swampert, which means it's easy pickings for Blaziken. It could go for Blaziken, but is still going to get BTFO by Swampert.
In terms of mega evolutions its exactly the same.
There really is no way around this. Blaziken wins unless Sceptile goes for it and Blaziken retaliates, allowing Swampert to clear up; there's no way for Sceptile to do heavy damage to Blaziken.

You have to remember this is a fight to the death. Once blazchicken gets the upper hand on the much slower sceptile and Swampert. Unless one of them gets fast enough to even catch blaziken with an attack. Agility in this show allows stupid shit like pikachu to run up a hydro pump.
