Well, because everyone on this sub always seems to think women don't exist, I'm sure now I just look like a neckbearded loser, but like I said, the first time I saw it it caught me off guard.
They look like nipples. It's the stupid way his arms are concealed and the choice in colour really doesn't help. To me it just looks like really poor design and I was kind of disgusted the first time I saw it.
It's just like how I just recently got my mom into Animal Crossing and when Beardo moved into her town we were both thinking the same thing: "Who the hell is that and why won't he fix his freaking pubic hair?"
Just bad design.
A pokemon with giant droopy nipples is a little disgusting, whether or not they are a symbol of natural womanhood.
I'm sure if they made a pokemon that looked like a penis or vagina, people would be a little disgusted.

Even to this day, that was some of the coolest fights for a filler episode. May's Torchic drastically dropping it's pussy act after evolving was a godsend character development shift.
