Delphox just has no niche. It has good stats and the typing isn't the worst thing in the world, but a special attacking fire or Psychic type isn't special, there's no reason to want those stabs together, and it has no moves or abilities to distinguish itself. Which is about where I would expect Rowlet whether it's grass/ground or grass/flying to end up.
