I don't really understand this height chart, height really doesn't have to do with how attractive you are to others. It's about what your frame is like, face, symmetry, posture and the list goes on.
Imho anything above 6'2" is entering lanky territory, and you get all kinds of deformed looking areas. long torsos, weird buckled hips etc. 5'10 - 6'2" is the perfect range. Anything above that starts looking weird unless you have the muscle mass to not look like either a whale or jack skellington. When you're in the literal average range it's easier for your body to develop more balanced and in proportion.
