I still can't believe that Pokemon Int. haven't released an Art-book for each set that gets put out, even if it comes out a year or two after the sets releases to not detract form card sales.
I'm sure Ive seen some TCG systems do this ( I think MAGIC and maybe Yu-gi-oh have done this).

I find Naoki Saito, Tokiya, Kawayoo and Hajime Kusajima to be consistently good. There's also the main Pokemon artists (Sugimori, Hitoshi Ariga and Kanako) and the occasional Shin Nagasawa (who also designs Etrian Odyssey monsters).

Got this book but it's an overall compilation of Pokemon cards which means you get both the great and mediocre card artwork together. They're not exactly that much larger resolution than the actual printed cards either. Has some cool stuff like the large group images which they split up for each Pokemon card at least.
Have a pair of this card and Espeon with the same art. Also in Japanese, pretty proud. Never seen the Eevee one though irl, don't know if there even is one. I just know Eevee's in the art this comes from.
Love the card art so much. Wish there were large, high quality scans of all the original art.
