I think it's actually between Staraptor and Talonflame.
But I like Swellow, It always has a place on my team if it's available early enough in game for me to get it.

To be quite honest, I have a hard time choosing a favorite. With the exception of Unfezant and Noctowl, which I personally don't mind, all the other regional birds are fantastic.
