The legends only know Substitute, and Bidoof knows Substitue and Protect with some filler moves with high PP, like Growl or whatever. Bidoof has Leftovers and legends are all holding Toxic Orbs or Burn Orbs.
The legends and Bidoof put up subs while Bidoof Growls to lower their attack and the legends run out of PP/ die from Burn/Toxic Orb. If they end up using Struggle, Bidoof can alternate between Sub and Protect to keep from losing too much HP.

Giratina/Arceus uses Will-O-Wisp on Dialga, while everyone else Toxics the remaining pokemon on their side. Then everyone does nothing important for at most 16 turns.
Lucky Moody rolls and getting multiple Protects in a row would make it possible. None of them outside of Dialga have any real defense against Toxic. (unless they happen to know Substitute)

Well, if they all use attacks with no guaranteed hit (e.g. focus blast with 70% accuracy) there is a very small chance of bidoof surviving since all the attacks could miss.

Dialga and Palkia would probably fight each other like those Zangoose and Seviper hordes while Giratina would probably attack everyone.Regigigas isn't much of a problem until 5 turns so a moody bidoof with protect could have a chance
If some wizard gave Bidoof the absolute best possible RNG and none of those are running Aura Sphere then it could win.
Maybe it'd be possible even with Aura Sphere if we're assuming best possible hax, because it'd get multiple protects with beneficial boosts, into a Blizzard which freezes everyone or something.

moody and a 'best possible luck' scenario is really dumb because the moody user will always win unless im forgetting something.
you honestly only need protect and some form of control for enemies with never miss moves.
