As in pick cloths and accessories for your pokemon to wear at "all" times. What combinations would you come up with?
Matching bows for everyone.

I would like to be able to add little decorations. Nothing fancy, just one piece of clothing or whatever ata time. Surprise BW's little Broadway thingamajig didn't lead to that in those games. I think it'd allow you to add a lot of character just to be able to put a apairof sunglasses or a scarf or whatever on one of your Pokemon.
Full outfits aren't really plausible given how many pokemon there are. We'd end up with it just being a feature that a select few pokemon can use. Namely the starters, lucario, pikachu, the pika clones, then a few "girly" pokemon like sylveon.
If it were just small accesories like bows, scarves, or little hats that might be doable. I'd probably give all my pokemon bows.

Everyone would have matching bowler hats, with the necessary ear/horn holes cut out, and bow ties. Everyone with arms would have a cane.

Competitive scene: Not at all.
Casual scene: Leftovers and Choice Specs use plummets, while Silk Scarf use explodes.
In Game Scene: Pokemon hold garbage until you get proper held items.
