What's a cellphone that can reliably run the pokemon games on a DS emulator?
I know nothing and don't know who to ask, but maybe some of you have a clue.
None. Just download the latest fork of the new Desmume Project and optimize it, and you'll be running at 60-90fps, crystal clear graphics, and amazing audio quality.
Anything from 2 years ago should be fine.

Nexus 5 here, drastic runs pretty much everything at max settings and they play smooth as butter. Double resolution and no frameskip. Replaying HG as of now.

There's this kind of cellphone, it's called Nintendo DS, it is said that it runs DS games better than anything in the market. It's almost like it is the real thing.
There's also a newer version with more hardware, 3D screens and compatibility to 3DS games, and it is called Nintendo 3DS. I mean, It's still a flip phone that can't quite call anyone but, do we even call people anymore in nowadays?

Phones, from what I can tell, have a lot of uses.
Music, videos, web browsing are the big three that I can think of.
It'd be nice to not need to lug around a laptop when I just wanna watch anime on the bus or something.Plus I'm a big enough tool that I'd probably buy one of those gamepads for my phone.

Anyways, Im using Drastic on a Galaxy S5 and it runs 100% perfect. Like an anon said earlier, any smartphone released in the last 2 years or so is good
The BLU Studio C seems to be getting some fair amount of praise, and is somewhat affordable.

I can't even tell how to check the GPU memory of whatever phone I'm looking at.
2gb of RAM sounds tough. The most I've been able to find for under $200 has been 1gb, if even that.
