OP (and those other pics, which seem to be from the same collector) is one of the least hoard-like collections I've ever seen. Shit's been dusted, 80% of it is behind glass, and it sticks to a core theme instead of just amassing shit.
The only thing that makes me cringe is the bed, but for all I know, this isn't even intended to be a functional bedroom.
