I got a scizor without technician, with swarm instead. I have some history with this scizor, so I'd like to see if I can make it good even without its ability, if not I can always breed for one that does have it.
I was thinking X-scissor, iron head and superpower, and swords dance to strengthen the hits

Forgot to mension I'm currently playing HG, and with no access to gen 6 games. I plan on buying them eventually, but that wont be happening for a while. I just want it to be good for the game, mostly the battle frontier and post game places

And yeah, Swarm is fine for in-game teams, but Bullet Punch + Bug Bite + Technician is just simply more effective, both competitively and in-game.
I wouldn't worry about abilities and nature and just go with what you have for now, since it's significantly easier to breed and acquire perfect Pokemon with desired abilities and attacks in Gen 6 games.
