No, definitely less volume of work gets done, its just that its way more focused on the things that need to be finished now and not random shit that may not even happen. Never underestimate the ability of random anons to get things done when the things they're doing are barely relevant to what's being discussed. The other advantage of the change is that the workload has stopped growing exponentially every month from anons brining in new ideas and getting them voted in. Another reason for the shift is of course that the plan on how to get the plot through the voting and minor changes process was completely inadequate for channeling the number of voices involved into something coherent. Maybe it was even impossible from the get go to make a plot with that many voices. At some point you have to say that you have enough on your plate already and hunker down to get things done.
