That said, if you're going to give it less than perfect hit rate compared to Bullet Punch, Mach Punch, Ice Shard, Quick Attack, Aqua Jet and Shadow Sneak (along with every other formulaic "100 accuracy/40 BP" +1 priority move, you're gonna need to give it at least 50 BP.

5/10. Nothing really ingenious at all about any of the moves. They're just stock Normal support moves.

Try to think of things that the meta is lacking. Think moves like Freeze Dry. Lack of accurate physical Rock moves. Lack of viable physical Electric moves that aren't exclusive to the Pichu line. Etc.
