I drew the third evolution of Popplio called "Ashitsuyoi", I made happy about it so I drew Sugimori Style and made the "photo filter". I'm sorry for posting my prev thread, anon was me!
But someone told me that the legs are small, well, they are better to walk and only its tail can swim the best. I'm not timmyturnering yet, Ashitsuyoi is a shown of the possible concept in the future of Popplio's new evolution.

i think it would be best if the design doesnt include them having legs. i prefer the last evolution still looks like a seal tale as its feet. it would be very slow but very fast on water. ability would be swift swim :) but what do you guys think?
