Eevee evolves into Glaceon in the Seafoam Island, not the Ice Path, and into Leafeon in the Viridian Forest, not the Ilex forest.
You also can't evolve Magneton or Nosepass in HG/SS.

I used Yanmega on my HG team, and it learns its first STAB move at level 54 & 57... If I hadn't traded myself a TM for Silver Wind, I never could have made it... it just isn't worth it.
