Litten would easily take the top fire spot and I haven't given the others much thought, nor do I want to paste stuff into a template. Owl would definitely rank above Meganium and Torterra, but after that I don't know.
All of them bottom 2 at least.

It was my first starter. Weasels are also my favorite animal and I just don't really care for most fire starters.

It's left to right. I just plain don't like Serperior or Meganium. Venusaur and Torterra are fine. I really like Sceptile and Chesnaught. Owltair... I just like bird people and the color white.
