Ash wins the Sinnoh league back in DP.
They start using the game protagonists and villain storylines. Get writers and animators that can write/storyboard good battles.
Tell the anime makers as early as can be about B2W2, so that they adapt both BW1 and BW2 over the 3 years, which should eliminate a lot of need for filler episodes.
The BW anime should now be at least watchable.
Make each episode a half-hour-long close up of Ash ramming various Pokemons' vaginas and anuses.
