I want to lean a language ( I learned english by playing pokemon a few years ago) and I wanted to do it with Russian.
Are there any Russian pokemon games? It isn't really clear if the "europe" versions of pokemon have russian...

Reading a Pokemon game in Russian won't help much to learn it. The grammar is a lot more complex than in English or French. You'd be better off taking actual lessons.
I'm interested in both German and Japanese, but I haven't studied much of the former lately.

Not when you get to more complex topics. French doesn't have cases, verbal aspect, or even small things that end up being really difficult like the rules of counting objects. You won't be able to glean that from a Pokemon game.

One of the (if not THE) most difficult things with French is conjugation. Add to this our four accents, the cedilla... It's said that it's genuinely harder for an English-speaking person to learn French than for a French-speaking person to learn English.
No wonder a lot of my dumb countrymen can't speak/read/write their own language correctly. Bu then again, illiteracy is a diseases that plagues all of the West. You see some nice examples here on 4chan.

French is only categorized as a Level 1 language for English speakers, meaning it's one of the easiest to learn (along with the other Romance languages). Russian is a Level 3 language. The hardest are the Level 4 languages: Chinese, Japanese, and Arabic (along with some others). Anyone who thinks learning a Romance language is difficult probably just isn't that good at learning languages.
