I want that so bad. And a manticore evo for Litten. Is there a similar creature to these that looks like a sea lion?
It will evolve into an owl/bird hybrid.

Rowlet will evolve into a bigger owl. It'll have normal, grass and flying attacks, plus steel wing. It'll have good speed and bad everything else.
