If we're talking one battle theme (sans gym leaders, villains and E4/Champion) that just has various different tempos, instruments and such based on location? I'd think that was pretty cool actually, and it would keep you from getting tired of the same battle theme *too* fast. A big city version with electronic sounds, faster pace, a little synth kinda style to it would be fun, and then when you head to a jungle area it has drums and a tribal beat to it. Could be all kinds of fun.
