I don't think that the biggest island would have the 3 weakest gyms. I wanna believe that it may have 3 gyms but for different points in the game.

Say gyms, 2, 5 and 7 or something like that. It would make sense considering majority of the population is there, and it would seem weird for the weakest to be there
