I can never choose properly because Bulbasaur/Venusaur was my very first starter so of course it would be special, but Turwtig/Torterra was a very good starter for me. Tepig/Emboar became the first fire starter I legitimately liked a lot, and I have been using it more frequently than the other two.
Litten is fast becoming a favorite, too, but I want to see the whole line to know exactly where it will place.
