That always annoyed me. I never understood why the Musketeers got their move stolen by a Pokemon that isn't even a legendary, but yet Keldeo gets to be the special snowflake that keeps his Signature Move. Also, Entei didn't need Sacred Fire. That should have always been left as Ho-oh's Signature. Raikou and Suicune didn't get to steal someone else's Signature Move.
