I really like the punk aesthetic. While Scrafty references it directly, I think Scolipede best encapsulates it with its purple base, hot pink highlights and dark black undertones. It's also a fantastic mix of cute, stately, and intimidating.
It looks like a Kamen Rider and it has four arms so it's pretty cool.

Generally strange with a hint of cute, like Pumpkaboo, Sigilyph, Garbodor, Whiscash, Sableye, and Skorupi. Always exceptions, though, like Bouffalant and Lopunny.

Weird and weirdly effective. Tends to result in lots of bugs, ghosts, and stallmons.
The logical conclusion to this are the Johnny-tier shitmons like Shuckle and Regigigas. The ones that never fucking work but the one time they finally do it'll be so worth it.
I like having a mix of fearsome and cute Pokemon on my team
I'm that one guy who loves overdesigns, or slapping on extra details, even if they make no sense or provide nothing to the anatomy. I love the Kyurem fusions or most Mega Evolutions for that reason. That being said, there are lots or simpler (or even simplistic) designs I love. All in all there are very few pokémon I really don't like, maybe 20 at most, and only three that are absolutely 0/10 would never use
