Shit man I don't even remember the first team I fucking used for gen 1/2. I just know I picked Grass Starters and that was it mostly. Hell I remember grinding a Meganium up and teaching it Earthquake and then using it to grind to 50 in National Park for some reason since I was super close to a level. That or just spamming the E4 till my Venasaur was strong enough to actually beat Gary.

Crystal was more "Feraligatr and some dudes who hung around", Red and Leafgreen had revolving teams so there were more members than shown, and I for the life of me can't remember Black 2's last member since no ribbons and the Hall of Fame Entry for the first time was deleted. Was it Swanna, Excavalier, Volcarona, Hydreigon? Whatever it was I'm sure I got it in a trade.
It's funny, after making this, I can still look at these teams and remember playing through the games with em like it was yesterday. So many good memories of these games
