Went to see the badges available. Most of them I've already seen/gotten but there were a few that I saw which I didn't have and actually wanted like the minccino badges. Though for me I already got the badges I think looked the best for my home screen right now, pic related. I'll remember to do my daily practice catches on it though.

Just grab the GB Light (the last one) by the top and drag it to knock all the ones in front of it in. If you did it right, you either end up getting them all in one grab, or end up with just the GB Light remaining.

Pokemon, as a retail game, can't survive with a PEGI 12 rating. Too many parents would turn it down because of the scary number.
When the Virtual Console ports came out, they were PEGI 12, because it's a non-issue to release them digitally.
That's all irrelevant, though, since Badge Arcade is a game of skill, not chance. The slots were pseudo-random, you just had to pick a good machine. Badge Arcade is something you can get good at.
But even if it was a gambling game, it'd be on the eShop where the rating doesn't matter, and require a credit cards, so it'd be a non-issue.
