That really only applies to Hydreigon. It's the only 4x weak to Fairy 'mon that has a realistic shot of being OU, and it's weakness to Fairy is only just one of it's major problems. It's ballstastically trolling Speed is a far greater issue.
Fairies also not the most common type in OU. Being 4x weak to Fire, Flying or Rock is a way bigger problem, and there are pokemon that can handle that. If what the pokemon brings to the team is greater than the cost to babysit it, it'll be used, no questions asked.
