Hey guys I found a YouTube channel where they have all the latest episodes subbed except the latest one.
Look up the channel PokeHD3. The translations are pretty close enough that even if you see a type here or there, you can still make out that they're saying. I don't know what's going on with PM but at least we have SOMEBODY doing the job

Im still sticking with the Google subs for the meantime. Theyre not as bad asyou guys make it out to be and even tho they might not be as accurate as PM's, they AT LEAST provide some context to the the character's dialogues.

The first one has only been released as far as DP goes. They released a few tracks from BW, but as far as I'm aware, that's all, and as for XY, no official releases yet.

I wish we had XY's type of animation when DP was airing. DP already had some of the most impressive looking battles of the anime, but if it had XY's animation it would have been amazing. Especially since we'd see it during Dawn's Contests too during the battle sequences and not just the appeals.
Its a shame it took them this late into the animes history to really up the budget when 80% of the show still has the older animation.

Don't know about there being any list like that, but it should be pretty easy to tell what is and isn't blatant filler from episode titles alone. You'd mainly want to watch episodes where they catch/evolve Pokémon and rival/gym battles. There are mini-arcs like the Korrina and Summer Camp ones that are moderately relevant. If you are interested in Ash and Serena's development, I can't exactly highlight all of their episodes, but again most of them are pretty obvious from the episode titles. Tripokalons/Performer related things are something Serena pursues and whether or not you care about it you'd have to decide for yourself.

There's literally nothing new they can do at this point. We've had:
- Misty who worked decently enough for the first two seasons and then wore thin in Johto
- May who was the first coordinator with a shoujo plot
- Dawn who was another coordinator with more emphasis on appearance/girlishness and appeals
- Iris who tried to be Misty 2.0
- Serena who is a performer and had a crush on Ash
Anything that falls under traditional battling will always be done by Ash, so all Gyms, Brains, tournaments, competitions are always his. Then the male character is usually just there for support or exposition.
This is the problem with one show running so long. They have nowhere else to take it.

People were pretty much pissing their pants as it aired afaik. We had only heard tidbits from the song before from commercials, and it aired right after the Mega Evo Act IV special so it was just that more awesome since it built on what we just saw.

Also, the battle against that Scizor and against Shota convinced me of one thing: Greninja, just on its own, is pretty damn powerful. I'm glad they actually showed that on screen, because that kind of thing happens often in shounen series: introduce a super hype new form, making the character look weak without the form so that they have to use it.
Here, Greninja is established as pretty strong, as we've seen it easily defeat this Scizor, and earlier we've seen it manage to last at least a few moments against Alan's Mega Charizard. His speed has been hyped like crazy now, first having been able to at least manage to land at least one hit on Diantha's Gardevoir and just that last crazy bit of this Shota battle where Greninja was circles around Sceptile to a point where he was basically unseeable (if Ash had his head in the game, he would've won that easily).
At the same time, Ash-Greninja has also been hyped to insane levels in his battles with Alan and Diantha, and soon with Wulfric. That's a pretty badass way to do the shounen cliche "super" form.
