Yeah, this thing would be Ubers instantly, you're also not considering the fact that gliscor is mainly a staller, so you'd be switching up his battle style completely, something that, admitedly possible with gamefreak, is still pretty rare

The thing is that Gliscor already has the utility wallbreaker and just general asshole playstyle down with its normal form. You can't improve on that with a mega because you wouldn't be able to hold a toxic orb. The mega would have to be a sidegrade.
It happened with Venusaur. Venusaur turns from a potent sun sweeper to a wall with his mega.

Healing with earthquake, x-scissor, and so many more moves WITH access to swords dance and such a good speed and defenses, it'd be great even in ubers

If it's a scorpion then why isn't it poison type? It's a bat, thus it's flying type, and the ground is there cause of gligar being able to walk.
