If Rain Dance can short out Electric Terrain and X-Scissor can cancel out Trick Room, then Clawitzer being allowed to use Heal Pulse on the ground to heal itself is fine in my book. It's not like it mattered much anyway, and it's the exact same shit as other improvised moves like Counter Shield and Overheat hazing.
