CoroCoro hasn't has "exclusive shit" SINCE XY m8. With the worldwide releases the info has always been announced around the world at the same time as well, you just thought CoroCoro got it first because it leaked early. That's what leaks are. The reveals were meant to happen right before CoroCoro but got cucked by early leaks, remember how the official reveals always seemed to happen right after CoroCoro would leak but before the day CoroCoro officially released?
Assuming that's the "XY debacle" you're referring to, I don't see how you can claim they're "breaking relations" when they didn't even promise this month's news would be in the magazine itself, they only said it was happening in May. I'm sure you're right that in this specific case they forbade CoroCoro from covering the news to prevent leaks, but that won't necessarily be the case in the future.
Hell, I can think of one way to have CoroCoro continue to feature SM but prevent leaks: move up the announcement to the first week of the month instead of right before CoroCoro. It's never leaked earlier than the 7th as far as I know, have the official reveal on the 1st and CoroCoro leaks aren't a problem anymore. CoroCoro leaks have always been a thing anyway so I'm not sure why they've been using this retarded announcement schedule anyway, of course leaks were going to be a fucking problem.
