It's whole gimmick was it's Truant, anon.

Just like how Regigigas' gimmick is Slow Start.

They should make an item called Suppressant that takes away the holder's ability. Then he could be useful. He wouldn't be OU or even UU since the item could be knocked off plus it would take away his item slot for something really good, but he could maybe be top RU instead of bottom PU. Plus the item could have other uses, such as using Trick with it.
