I'll start with "Helion" for Solgaleo.

Nah they're the trademarked names. The starters even have their trademarked names that were leaked. Plus, legendary mascots almost always hold the same name across languages
Box legends keep their names in all regions, it's going to be Solgaleo and Lunaala(or Lunaara ?)

As someone pointed out before "aal" is how Japanese writes "arl" because they have no real way to write it otherwise, so that's also a possibility.

Nope. It's going to be Lunaala, exactly like that. Trademarks for main legendaries are exactly the same english names.
