I'm holding out for some kind of great-looking spinosaurid Pokemon. Krookodile and the like are kind of like suchomimus/baryonyx but I want something like Tyrantrum.

I actually just looked this up out of curiosity. Of course, the islands never hosted true dinosaurs, but fossils of many prehistoric birds and snails have been uncovered.

I second the therizinosaurus and mosasaurus wishes. Personally I also would like to see something akin to predators with sails on their backs, like a spinosaurus or a dimetrodon, or an hadrosaurid like lambeosaurus for herbivores.
For non-diino based pokémon, something inspired by the hallucigenia would be fantastic.
I want more Modern extinct animals as the fossils. Maybe an Ice/Flying Auk/penguin and a rock/water stellar's sea cow?

A hallucigenia would be pretty dope honestly. We did just have dinos, so some non-dino fossils would be good.
